Every year Kernels people; franchisees, staff, head office and our customers enthusiastically participate in our two Pink Bag Events in support of breast cancer research. We sell specially printed pink bags of popcorn and have enjoyed terrific success, raising over $140,000 thus far. Please look for the pink bags at the Kernels store near you.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, our Kernels “Popcorn Plastic” card, a reloadable gift card which comes in a variety of attractive card carriers for your written greeting. (Why not load up one for yourself for some personal popcorn pleasure.)
The Popcorn Plastic card is available online through this site, or at any Kernels location across Canada.
Also, look for our Kernels Gift Card, available at numerous retailers including Shopper’s Drug Mart and Petro Canada
stations. Non-reloadable $10.00 Gift Cards—fun and easy to

What kind of oil does Kernels use?
Mid oleic sunflower oil.
Does Kernels make charitable donations?
Yes. Kernels endeavours to participate and support charitable
organizations whenever possible. As you can imagine, we receive a
large number of requests. We have to limit the volume of product and

Do you franchise outside Canada?
Yes. For the US, we franchise on a per unit basis. Outside of Canada
and the US, we sell Master Licenses on a per country basis; with
